To All Zrii Independent Executives and Associates

We are off to a record breaking start! You have exceeded all our expectations with numbers of Independent Executives enrolled and sales volumes as of October 1, 2007. We are the talk of the industry. We are hearing it from vendors, network marketing associations, and other network marketing companies. We are being watched all over the world. We are exceedingly grateful for the position you have built for us with your outstanding efforts. You are truly the finest organization of network marketing leaders ever assembled together at the beginning of a new network marketing company.

As we have completed our first couple weeks of pre-launch, several exciting milestones have been reached.  Principal among them is our historic first commission run last Friday.  We paid an eye-popping total for a first commission run, and the excitement is palpable!  Checks have been mailed and our IE leaders are beginning to reap much of their hard work from our development phase.  Congratulations!

Here are a few important updates on operational aspects of our business:

Credit cards began charging the first week as shipping orders began batching. This was done to meet the Fast Start payments you have worked hard to earn. We made the decision to pay commissions on authorized cards even though funds had not completely transferred into our banks. We have had the programmers constantly at our call to correct data input to meet last week’s beginning payments. There are issues we are addressing with declined credits cards for expired cards, bank-set transaction limits, and nonsufficient credit limits. Those card holders received automatically triggered emails asking them to call us for clarification. Our Executive Services Dept and Commissions Group are actively attempting to reach out to those card holders for updated information. When funds are collected we will pay all earned Fast Start in the subsequent pay periods. Some have expressed frustration with the typical waiting period for automatic bank drafts and automatic deposits. The banking institutions are requiring several pay periods before those processes can begin. We anticipate paying out in excess of $1.5 million in commissions this month.

We have shipped thousands of orders to date. They have been primarily 4 Packs and Fridge Packs. We have shipped Business Builder Kits in bulk to Canada to provide expedited shipments and reduced tariffs and duty. We are adding additional fulfillment centers for efficiencies and enhanced delivery.

We have had some “hiccups” in production. We regret any inconveniences this may have caused you, but we want to reaffirm our commitment to world class Zrii business operations.  As part of our business operations focus, we have spent the last 2 weeks aligning parallel manufacturing of bottles, product production and labeling, and fulfillment operations. All business processes continue under constant review, and currently we have engaged consultants and industry analysts for improvement and increased performance.  We are adding several operations positions in the coming weeks. We know how important it is for us to get the right people positioned at corporate headquarters.

We have decided to suspend shipment of large bottles for approximately 10 to 14 days to gain levels of quality and volume to support your business needs. We are confident we have raised the standards Zrii requires with the selection of several new vendors. We will begin shipping all marketing materials included in Business Builder Kits beginning this Thursday with corresponding Zrii product for those kits in the following 2-3 weeks. Mini bottles have experienced some bottling concerns which have been identified and are now controlled with tighter standard operating procedures and quality controls. They are ramping up production again this week in order to ship product this week and replace the identified mini bottle batch. This will provide you the means to sample and promote the best nutritional beverage in the industry.

Our back office will remain basic in function and presentation as we add additional senior level IT oversight to our internal management team and technology team members. We continue to look at all options to improve our technology solutions. We promised to deliver world class web tools and that commitment will be fulfilled during prelaunch. We expect significant and continued improvements to back office functions over the next 60 days.

Our marketing tools will begin to be unveiled this week at our Chicago event. They are exceptional in look and impact. They will make you proud to be associated with Zrii. The Zrii Corporate Team

I just got another update from the Zrii Corporate. It’s regarding the commission payouts etc.

Zrii Independent Executives:

NEWS FLASH: We may have just made history again!  By all indications, today Zrii paid out more commissions in our very first weekly commission run than any other company in our industry ever has in a first week of commissions.  WOW!  Many large checks were cut today and Zrii’s leaders are beginning to reap the rewards of their tremendous activity prior to our pre-launch.

A few important data points relative to commissions:
1)    For ACH (bank draft) orders that have been approved by IEs� banks but not yet cleared, and for credit card orders that have been authorized but not yet cleared by IEs issuing banks, we have paid full Fast Start commissions even though funds on those orders have not officially been collected.  Our generous Founder and CEO, Bill Farley, has personally guaranteed these commission payments in those cases, even before the money has cleared.  We all feel grateful for this act of generosity.  He wanted to make sure that the biggest checks possible were paid today given all the hard work put in by thousands of dedicated IEs in the past months.  Moving forward, funds will need to be collected before commissions are paid.

2)    For credit card orders that have declined, Fast Start commissions have not been paid.  In these cases, commissions will be paid when funds are cleared.  An automatic email was sent to each holder of a declined credit card in each instance, informing them of the situation and offering help to resolve the issue.  Additionally, Zrii’s Executive Services team has begun to contact each of these people on the phone.   In many cases, new payment methods will be reinstated by the IEs with declined cards in the coming weeks, and commissions on these orders will then be included in the following Fast Start commission run.

3)    For the first couple of months of pre-launch, all commissions will be paid via check and sent to each IE through the mail.  Direct deposit payments can only be finalized after a period of payment activity, just as with any other payroll situation that some of you may have experience with in other companies.  Make sure you keep a copy of your first Zrii check they are beautifully designed and suitable for framing!

4)    If you have any questions regarding the status of any orders in your group and how it may affect your commissions, do not hesitate to contact our Executive Services department.

With all the excitement with our first commission run, and with many of you receiving your very first bottles of Zrii, it is time for another Zrii corporate update call with our Founder and CEO, Bill Farley!  We’re in the midst of completing pre-launch Week #2 and nothing could be more exciting.  Our IEs continue to ratchet up production as new enrollments pour into our corporate offices.  More importantly, the quality of our individual IE exceeds anything previously witnessed in our industry.  Congratulations on your stellar performance!

Things are moving like lightning at Zrii!  Enrollments are coming in at a furious pace.  Meetings are happening at every moment in living rooms, kitchens, coffee shops, community centers, and hotels all across America.  Zrii Co-Founders are addressing large meetings everywhere.  The response has been overwhelming!  The Zrii phenomenon is here with aplomb, and everyone is taking notice.  Industry records are being broken seemingly every day.  What an exciting time for all of us to be a part of Zrii!
Here are a few updates one week into pre-launch:

Commissions: The light, luster, and splendor of all things Zrii are bringing us ever closer to October 12th, when we will witness yet another milestone when the first commission checks are paid.  Together, we will experience the tangible beginning of another one of Zrii’s definitions: Prosperity!   Yes, the first commission run is just days away!  We anticipate breaking records with commissions paid during our first commission run.  Wow!

Product: The very first full-size and mini bottles of Zrii have rolled off the assembly line, clothed in beautiful packaging, and have been sent to homes across North America. These bottles are stunning!  When you hold them in your hand, you will internalize more than ever the feeling of the phrase billion dollar brand.  To date, thousands of orders have been shipped.  We anticipate that the final batch of initial orders will be shipped late this week or early next week.  Regarding volume, many orders have already processed and the final credit card and bank draft orders are being batched today and tomorrow.  After all initial orders are fully processed, you will see the volume post in your MyZrii back office.
